I think anyone getting excited or gloating about a commercial property fall should read this. Yes it's seems likely.

until you look at the date of the article

and I can back this up with my own market experience. Tried to broker 3 commercial mortgage deals in last six months and the banks don't even return calls. They have seen this coming
