BrianH

Yes.

He did inform us a few weeks ago that he'd be 'away' for a while, but he can be contacted at:

Hartigan, No. 6127038
HM Prison
Wandsworth
London

and visited on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1.00 pm - 4.30 pm. I hope that helps?

I think it's when he runs out of 50p's. He borrows a friends dog and goes into town, sits in shop doorways and asks people for '50p for a cuppa tea sir' it takes him a few weeks before he can get enough to fill his meter and therefore use his pc.

There usually is, but why now, when it's allegedly summer? I thought warm weather was best taken during the UK's vilest months? And clearly, he hasn't done as badly as he implied this year...

I think there is a liner, some warm weather and a transatlantic flight at work.
I hope that's not ryhming slang in there.

Now, I'm just off for a quick Greyfriars Bobby....

Unfortunately, due to a recent transatlantic trip, LordH was not able to make Newbury today - something which upset a lot of his fans who were eager to see him.

Jeez, he's not done that badly this year, has he? Never mind, Brian, I hear those high rollers are mighty good tippers.

From what I've seen since I've been back, this is the vilest month! We have a drought order in place here in Surrey - in Arizona it's all desert and they are watering freely everywhere. And that was last year when things didn't go as well as expected...

Welcome back, Brian.

Can I assume you were successful at the tables? :D
The dining tables, for sure! I was in Arizona not Nevada, though Las Vegas will get a look-in later in the year I'm sure. The Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Lake Powell, Tucson, Tombstone, OK Corral, Boot Hill and all - hovering around the 100 degree Fahrenheit mark all day.

Perhaps the odd photo just might find its way on to here...

Yes, please. :) Arizona has been one of the states I've longed to visit since I was a kid, but never seemed to get round to seeing. I'm probably not at heat fitness levels any more (should've gone when I was acclimatised in Saudi), but I still want to go before I get too clapped-out to appreciate it.

Yep, I realised my blooper some time later........just the connection with deserts and poker overcame my American geography. :shy:
