Has anybody got any idea how to complain effectively to BT. I contacted them on 14 Feb regarding money they were taking out of my account incorrectly. Following 7 emails and 11 hours on the telephone I still havent had any answers. Every email has been sent by a different person and they have all been generic emails with no details on. I have just called again and have been told that there actually is no address to write to Bt at, instead I have yet another telephone number to call. Are they the most difficult company to complain to or can anyone beat this?

Im trying one last approach which is the letter to head office containing all the emails and replies with a request for a phone call. I think im through being civil after that though!!
 
Phone 0800 800 880 "Customer Options Team" and explain you are thinking of leaving for another Service Provider because of your ordeal, this particular group should be falling over themselves to help you.
