Has anybody got any idea how to complain effectively to BT. I contacted them on 14 Feb regarding money they were taking out of my account incorrectly. Following 7 emails and 11 hours on the telephone I still havent had any answers. Every email has been sent by a different person and they have all been generic emails with no details on. I have just called again and have been told that there actually is no address to write to Bt at, instead I have yet another telephone number to call. Are they the most difficult company to complain to or can anyone beat this?
