I'm fom germany and bought a jockey dress on ebay. Maybe someone can tell me the owner or the horse to this....It could be that there were black armbands on the left and right...

looks similar to Lady harris' colours but very poor quality silk by the looks of it, looks like one someone had made up themselves.
