Those opinions are very depressing and based on complete ignorance of the facts

Asylum seekers have no access to council housing they are housed in accommodation provided by the Home Office in arrnagements with private landlords - much of it in a very poor state

The vast majority of Eastern European migrants are single people who have no priority need for housing and thus live in the private rented sector , often in fact in badly overcrowded accommodation

Accession state workers are only eligible to be considered for homeless accommodation by local authorities if they are working or if they have worked here for over a year and have worker status and a right to reside.

A significant majority of other migrants are only allowed to work here so long as they have no recourse to public funds that includes locla authority housing accommodation

One of the major causes of homelessness is mental health problems. Our mental helath services are wholly inadequate and the number of people whose lives spiral out of control following events such as divorce or bereavement is shocking .

+ 3 = ?
