Cheltenham ,April meeting

It's usually a decent couple of days' racing.

I find the festival form tends to work well and will be getting stuck into it later today.

I want to go and take the wife and my little one to her first meeting: haven't been once this year and am desperate to get my fix.

Tickets gone yet Roddy?

I promised some tickets to Harry ( Andrew) Could I send them to your address ? Or is there somewhere on the gate I could leave them. What do you think?

There's a ticket collection portakabin on the left-hand side as you walk past the Centaur towards the Hall of Fame entrance, or you could send them to reception - the main receptionist is very helpful.

More or less sorted Rory, I rang Roddy to make arrangements and a)apparently Harry not too bothered and b) it was going to cost £80 for the same day carrier so sorry to say tickets won't be here.

A bit chilly for the car park picnic yesterday, but the day was lit up by a quite brilliant ride by Nick Scholfield to get the unwilling Mon Parrain up on the line. Think he made a big point to PFN there.

When Mon Parrain won at Sandown, who would have thought that it would be three years before he would win again?

Yes he was the second coming wasn't he
I remember backing him in the Topham, Thinking it was a penalty kick for him.
