Here are rules and conditions:

Select one horse in each race plus one selection to be your nap
Only one nap per day which will double your points
Points are as follows: 5 for a win, 3 for a second, 1 for third
Any winning horse where the SP is 10-1 or more you will get 10 points for that win instead of 5. If your nap wins at 10-1 or more, you will get 20 points.
Anyone getting a winner of 50-1 or more gets 25 points.
Non-runners - you can either select an alternative in brackets in case of last minute non-runners or if you have to post early) or if your horse is a non-runner, your selection will be the SP favourite - if joint favs then first alphabetically.
All entries to be in by 12.30pm each day - NO late entries unless I am feeling open to bribes.....
