You must be kidding

A couple of Fridays ago i got a call off an agency saying that Coral would match my bet up to £50 the next day. duly backed Hillstar and it was all confirmed then. Bet would be available for seven days. Rang back few days later. No record of match free bet

Ok mistakes happen.

Customer services? Brief call with someone who sounded like they were still in bed

Suggested they might just look into it? Couldnt be bothered. Dashed off email along the lines of , you could listen to my original call?????

I can see attached to your account that you have a Mobile £5 matched bet that runs out today at midnight.

If you place £5 thought the Coral mobile App you will be credited with this.

I've had similar experience with Coral promising free bets but not crediting them until chased. I only use them now for their enhanced price specials although beware enhanced multiples as better combined prices are often available elsewhere. Corals seem to think their customers can't work out the prices themselves

I've never had a problem with live chat, although telephone support is rubbish, not as bad as Ladbrokes though.
 
Just logged into my account found 3 x £5 bonuses (2 for casino and one for sports) due to the fact the connect card isn't working on machines in shop, I don't play the machines, or on the casino, so might be worth logging into your account if you haven't for a while
