I have discovered that William Hill have a telephone betting line where the customer can call them for free from their mobile. All they have to do is call 88466 from any mobile and the call goes to the Hill's call centre and is 100% free. Calling an 0800 'freephone' number from your mobile isn't free, but can cost between 12p per minute and 40p per minute! a true rip off! calling this 88466 number is Free!

There's a site online somewhere George that gives you a low rate number for virtually any of the big companies that use the infuriating 08 something numbers, including the bookies. Should be easy enough to track down on Google I'd have thought.
