Please vote honestly . I know you might want to vote in more than one category but what is the most important thing when you have to call a call centre :D Thanks guys for doing this .
 
I voted for efficient. In all probability, I really don't want to be talking to you, so make it as quick and painless as possible!

Which two? If I'm one of 'em, nothing - when I say "you" I mean any customer service line!
 
I voted for knowledge of subject as there is nothing worse than trying to speak to someone who is clueless!!

Sols - I tried to reply to your PM but your inbox is full! Sorry m'dear, I don't have a landline - only a Spanish mobile with no credit :( & an English mobile that I can barely afford to run[at 80p/min!]!!
 
I voted for seems imterested to help. Along the lines of Gareth and PDJ's reasoning, if I have to call a call centre and speak to someone, I at least want them to seem interested and not just cold.
