Did say I was going to avoid Newcastle and although I won't be betting there much I will have the odd token bet as long as double figures or previous form o debut,times aren't really working out there hard to explain and speed of tracvk changes plus the draw itself is impossible to predict so just a small interest for me.

Ambitious Icarus has turned himself into a bit of a rogue especially as not winning since august 2015 off 78 has regressed coming don to just a mark of 62,he catches the eye on numerous occasions but to disappoint on next run.It's a similar story again making debut over 6fs here,actually travelled well on the surface whicvh in itself was a positive on far side iof runners but got bumped and shuffled back through field,had no chance then but still ran on to be 4th.,time of the race was interesting .94 quicker than the second div won by caeser the geezer which had poppy wind a further 2ls behind,ambitious Icarus would've won that race by 4ls so he does bevome interesting as that was first run at the track.Drops back in trip tomorrow to 5fs will obviously need the breaks and although you couldn't be over confident on the way he's run this season just purely based on that run if ran exactly the sae then would have at least place chances..Usually gets heavily bet in thse races and could turn into a bit of a gamble after last eyecatching run..

My original pick was poopy in the wind in this race,its run behind coto looked good over 5fs over c/d as that won ahain off 70 nto and the 3rd rose marmura is now rated 77 although as I said above looks to have to find 6ls with ambitious Icarus,although does drop the furlong I wouldn't be using these times as gospel as mentioned they havn't been working out so poppy in the wind 12/1 may run well.Similarly I was impressed by the way cruis tothelimit travelled and finished penultimate run at wolves in better grade,could also be overpruiced at 16s even though disappointed last time out,my confidence in the track won't be anything like till these times start working out..
