Goodwood sunday 5.15

Gin Palace 18/1 hills/ppower/sportsbook 5places skybet 6 places

Gin Place form looks to be regressing,starte this season on a mark of 90 and now down to just 74 hasn't won since June 2020 off 87 on gd/fm ground has mainly stuck to fast griund but most of its slower ground form has been ok 1/2/3/4 off marks of 79,90,90 and 87..The latest softer griund run was at Sandown this seaon 4th in a 0-95 beaten 4 1/2ls now 13 pound lower dropped into a 0-85,the one softer ground run was 2nd here to Hortzador beaten 1 3/4ls went off 5/2 jf..As said though form has been regresiive thos season,althoigh not running terrible its form is gradually getting weaker and weaker was 4th at Newmarket lto ran against a few of these that was also a 0-90,if the softer griund could make a difference then would look a big price..There aren't that many well handicapped horses in the race that like/proven on softer ground,Tom Collins,Cool Queen and Coul Kat all like softer ground and would be on the shortlist..at prices
