Not sure what the ground will be hopefully good at the very worst,Tawafooq now an 8yr old 6/41 on turf so decent strike rate for a low grade horse
won a 0-70 first run back last season on late April off 56 with claimer taking off 5,then won a 0-60 over this c/d again off 58 hasn't been sighted since those runs, four runs after and two this season..This has allowed it to fall to 52 Tyler Heard takes off 3 so will be running off 49,lowest mark since August 2020 when it won, there's no positves on recent form but this is the first chance its had at running in a 0-55 at Chestow since it won a classified stakes race here..I wouldv'e just put a line through it but trainer had a winner recently so worth a speculative bet,if it was at its best on last seasons form would be a 6-7/1 shot drawn in 9 so a fair draw as well..
Diamond Cottage won its first ever race in 28 starts but it wasn't a shock it won that day i backed it,can't remember if i put it on here that was just because it had such a decent track record, the race it won last time out was better than this as well winning off 47 with Callum Hutcuinson claiming five and has gone up to 52 with that win..Course record was 4/2/6/4/2/3/8/1 thrown in a few weak runs here but generally run well in 0-60s and 0-65s its running off 47 with the claimer but nearly all those runs were off a higher mark than tomorriws,so obvious place chances at worst in a weaker race..Obviously diesn't look one to think of being a great bet to follow up,but if the draw in 16 turns out to be an advantage then would look slightly better..
The 3yr olds could end up being well handicapped,Connies Roose ran on the same day as Diamond Cottage and the time was very simlar over a furlong further drawn 15 must have a great chance and the other Macron Bleu is improving with racing running on in a 0-70 at Sailsbury, the look the obvious one if the high draws are an advantage maybe some forecasts/savers.
