Thanks for all the nice replies,i simply can't sit around the house in constant despair it's not fair on my son who's autistic and has no idea what's wrong with me,he's never seen me like this so with his autism he is overwhelmed..I have to leave the room now so not to scare the poor lad..I'll keep putting stuff up see how it goes fir awhile..
