A colleague at work told me that Dell printers were re-badged Lexmarks.

I need a colour ink cartridge for a Dell Photo 924 printer but need to know what the equivalent Lexmark model (or compatible cartridge) is. Dell cartridges seem extortionate, as do cartridges advertised as Dell-compatible.

My old printer is an Epson 400 and I recently managed to by 8 x black and 3 x colour compatible cartridges as a bundle for under £24.

Can anyone help? I've tried searching online but can find no references to equivalents.
 
Appreciated, Merlin. I'd visited most of those sites before I enquired on here. The mention of Dell seems to ensure a hefty price tag. I'm wondering what the Lexmark equivalent model is as I reckon I should be able to get compatible cartridges for considerably less.
