Can anyone help? I have had RUK on this morning & I happened to walk into the living room just as a poem about Dessie finished, it ended something like "running in pastures with Arkle" or something like that, I haven't heard this before & just wondered if anyone else has?

Pass the sick bag.
There are some poems which aren't actually about Dessie and one 'pome' which is (a regrettable bit of doggerel from Sharron Murgatroyd) on the DESERT ORCHID thread, but I can't see anything about him romping around with Arkle. However, here's something to make up for it:
Oh, good old Dessie, and marvellous Arkle!
But though they're gone, their histories sparkle.
Why flap over Sea Pigeon, or Best Mate?
