On the Halifax website...............'successful candidates are usually either recent graduates ( or equivalent ) or making an early career move."

BBC's approach seems very different...............Luke Harvey, Richard Pitman, Peter Scudamore, Cornelius Lysaght, Willie Carson...............shall I go on?

For what it's worth I think both employers have got it wrong.
 
That seems to be Colin's point, doesn't it? :brows: Which explains how we come to have the monotonous, loud, and verbose Brendan Foster clogging up the airwaves on athletics - another one for my 'mute' button!

Presumably so they can pay them rock-bottom wages?
