No Colin they are just taking up the space! A large percentage of them aren't really professional photographers just people with cameras pretending to be photographers who thanks to Cheltenhams gung-ho attitude with armbands if you speak to them nicely ( or lie) have found themselves out on the track and winners enclosure having a great time before going back to their day jobs on Monday !
