.....and six of the seven fixtures tomorrow in the UK are East of that line, nothing west or south west of that line except Warwick on a Bank Holiday. Fixture planning at its finest.

And Plumpton is nearest meeting to London. I was at Kempton sat and it was a really very good crowd, despite the weather. Ok it was a "family day". (and done nicely too) but the appetite is there isn't it?

I've said it before on here -I think it's a disgrace the way the English fixture list has been dumbed down on bank holiday Mondays.I can remember Ch4 covering Easter Monday from Kempton where the highlights were a couple of decent handicaps and a sprint that was contested by group class horses.
What is the feature race tomorrow?

Fixture planning? They can't even fix times when there re more than 2 meeting on. Millions in revenue lost every year because race times like: Hamilton 2pm Uttoxeter 2.05pm next race 2.25 Lingfield.

Big question I have always had is why do race times always have to end in 5 or 0?.

Why not 2.00 pm 2.04pm 2.09pm 2.14pm 2.20pm on busy days. That one or two minutes canmake the difference between thousands having a bet and not having a bet........If the race planners had a brain they'd be dangerous.

Today's classic fixture planning

Four all weather meetings

There is absolutely no planning behind today's fixture list. Surprised Wolverhampton don't have a slot, to complete the set. Keeps the bookmakers happy, but no-one else. Absolute disgrace .
