Dynamic Lockdown

As a member of Joe Public I can't help feeling we need to be more aware of terrorism these days when out and about. We live a short distance from GCHQ, more or less under the flight path from Gloucester airport which leaves us feeling a bit "fidgety" if not exactly nervous following George Osborne's visit this week. Even amongst crowds in Cheltenham town centre we find ourselves looking suspiciously at anyone behaving oddly as Cheltenham could now be a target along with several other towns and cities who would never have considered themselves at threat in the past.

Anyway this is some advice (common sense really) which does no harm to read and which no doubt is in several other local newspapers of late.

Anyone else find themselves more aware lately or is this a bit over the top ?
