When Scotland played a recent away tie (Moldova?) one reporter said nearly every young woman he saw was like a supermodel.

He seemed genuinely taken aback by the prettiness of the girls around town. He said something like nine out of ten were drop-dead gorgeous. If I could remember which city it was I might try my luck there instead of Newbury :)
 
Apart from Prague being in the Czech Rep., and thus having no knowledge of Polish totty, I thought the chaps were pretty good, too, if one didn't look at any over the age of 40. After which, they'd gone much the same way as many Brits - fat, bald, and complacent.

No. We had an influx of about 50K Poles to learn English and work when the EU expanded. Incredibly welcome addition - fun, bright and beautiful. God knows the gene pool here needs them.

I've just been thinking...

I'm now sure it was the fair women of Minsk (Belarus) being described in the aforementioned item.

I'm off to check out the various holiday sties just to see....
