Just seen tonight's episode (where the marriage didn't happen) and was impressed at the overall fakeness and comedy contained within the brawl scene and after his niece(?) had just been jilted at the altar Shadrach(sp?) had the cheek to go and steal the booze.
All in all a good episode, containing a class line from the Maid of Honour after the now jilted bride had suggested she needed a walk (i think) "what you need is a good drink" - nowt like it.

Martin

no soaps on my T/V mate never watched one in the last 20yrs...............soap :o adds i.e. LUX ,IMPERIAL LEATHER etc etc :D .......... yes.... but not the rest of that drivel gets right up my nostrils.............

My T/V watching only relates to fact, not fiction, documentaries news sport politics current affairs very occasional film too thats all I ever watch...............

Emmerdale is absolute rubbish . I reckon soaps have a lot to answer for . They make people believe it is acceptable to cheat ,commit crimes and behave like shits .

Well if you think that about Emmerdale Ardross dont watch the new American series called Desperate Wifes. Just saw the first episode there, its absolutely huge in American, its aimed at the same Sex In The City market but I have to admit i thought it was really good. Well in truth I watched it for Terri Hatchet of Superman and James Bond fame...mmmmmm.

Hmm, that would be Terri Hatchet the old battleaxe, would it...?
Aye it would be Brian, according to yesterdays Sun (only paper they had left) she's not had sex in 4 years.
