Looks bang to rights to me - evidently didn't think anything would be flying from the rear but he did drop his hands.
 
I say the ban is disproportionate-the horse wouldn't have won and each way punters are paid out.The only bets affected are forecasts and the owner loses the difference betwen 2nd and 3rd place prize money which is negligible.
Fallon is being deprived of 10 days earnings for this-the punishment doesn't fit the crime.
 
Luke that is what happens when after McCririck and members of the Betfair forum foam at the mouth and the BHA sets a minimum penalty of 10 days is -mandatory sentences are a recipe for injustice.
