That's why James Earl Jones did Darth Vader's voice. Prowse had to accept that but threw a wobbly over the Sebastian Shaw dying Vader when the mask came off.

I don't know who did the Darth Vader heavy breathing bit - though there are one or two on the forum who could have got that part...
