As of 4.45, Warbler.
 Closing in Gareth and the 2.15 pushed me a bit nearer too. Four months rent paid for anyway, plus there's rumour flying about that I'm about to get 17.5% pay rise, which living down here as a single person, is always needed. Should keep the wolf from the door for a few months anyway. I do have a nomination, as the champers flows for the list, but since he's rarely active on here, it would be most unfair ;) Mind you if doesn't answer his phone soon I might disclose his I.D.

More seriously that's the 5th, 20/1+ shot I've had from my last 9 bets in this territory (2 placed and 2 were unplaced). But can I can accumulate these 3/1 shots that every says in the secret of betting? can I feck!!! I've think I'm altering my whole approach to betting I think, and have decided to be patient, bet less frequently, but hit for bigger when I think I've got the edge on a bigger prices aka John Kelly. I'm no more successful with short prices than I appear to be at double figures it terms of strike rate. Its just that a double figure fancy doesn't come around every day

Gee, and I thought I'd kept my status pretty discreet, too. Ah, HT, you forget my 20 years in Sordid Arabia, tax free, with a leaving salary of forty grand back in '92...

... come to think of it, I've forgotten about that, too, as has my bank manager...
