Free bets at Paddy Power

On the way home yesterday (or Wednesday), a PP shop in Ealing (West London) had a sign saying:
"All Losing Bets Refunded ... on selected races." Oh, please!

I won't be able to call in to see Paddy anytime soon -- has anyone seen this & can outline the Ts&Cs?

They have done this before -I think they make the announcement after the race-which is fair enough.
