Free Numbers Betting

I have just been offered a free bet on 49's by a young lady standing outside William Hills who, incidentally, was dressed like a vampire. (Gordon St branch in case the E Dead Group are interested in paying her a visit).

Presumably Wullie is making this fine offer across the country for any of you folks who should be at GA instead.

I, on the other hand, may be missing the point. Is this just meant to entice me into the shop where I will be hypnotised by the flashy lighty thingys and then gamble all of my money on dog racing (MOAN THE FIVE DUG!) and virtual flap nudging?

Or are they making a genuine and heartfelt attempt to suck me into the adrenaline inducing world of betting on the outcome of a random number generator?

A bit of both really :lol: We weren't supposed to market Rapido at all but should've been encouraging people to do 49's or the Irish Lottery. Apparently there was a competition in all our shops to do with the numbers betting. Don't know the rules, what we were supposed to do or how we managed it but me and Pat came third and got a cash bonus just before Christmas :lol:

In theory, the chances of winning on either 49's or the Irish Lottery are better than the English lotto so in that respect it's worth a bash. But also while you're in there I expect you'd be drawn into having a punt on something else too.
