In my opinion the British Government has a right to ensure its population can go about it's daily business without worrying about having to fill the car up.
If Shell drivers who are on £32000 want £40000 want to cause havoc then surely that's their right.

If they try to stop the everyday person filling their car then NO!!!
In my opinion put the army or police to disperse these W*nkers and ensure the country runs as usual coz they are only pissing me off going to work.
Tonight on the news 112 out of 8700 garages are empty.
My closest 3 are empty so the panic buying assholes are at work as usual but the Shite Government we have could gain some credibility by sorting this out NOW
