One infant of a horse misbehaved and decides to take a shortcut and ran out

He did just enough to take Nick Schofield's mount off a straight line and obscure the horses view for a second and when the horse seen he was heading straight into a rail he panicked

Nothing Nick Scholfield or Tom O'Brien could have done. Just one of these things that happen when riding inexperienced scared young horses...did they give a reason for the investigation?
