Rain would help Missunited. She got no penalty for the Limerick win Mar 17 as runner up had no rating over hurdles and she has improved 10 lb or so on the flat since.
Owner more a flat person so no guarantees she will run.
Aupcharlie and Mossey Joe the two against the field in the Plate as they have a touch of class and like fast ground.
 
Can't help but think Rock Critic should go close in the hurdle. Not very original in that he is a Weld horse but he loves the track and the last couple of winners had ratings similar to him. He may even be well handicapped.

No thoughts on the plate but Carlingford Lough has had the handbrake permanently applied for quite a while now until he ran in Listowel.

I would agree with you Dave very impressive lto, only KD is unlikely to get in and if he does it is a big test for a five year old.

Roddy's horse aside I like Rathlin, could end up carrying top weight if lining up but looks like it has all clicked into place, he has been travelling and jumping like a dream and he will do for me along with Terminal who with a clean round of jumping should be right in the mix.

Plate is between Carlingford Lough (who gets his ground for the first time over fences) and Mossey Joe (serious horse) IMO - former will start favourite on the basis that there'll be enough people chasing losses from the Paddy Power, Irish National etc. when he had plenty against him on each occasion.

As for the Hurdle - not had a proper look but would be surprised if Rock Critic is contesting handicaps this time next year, looked a real tool on his outings over hurdles so far and had a touch of class on the flat.

How many winners for Dermot over the festival? New record only 10/1 and a winner each day only 4/1, 13/8 14 or more, any of these tempting?

Stan James have joined the fun with 13/8 for 13 or more making PP's 14 or more at the same price redundant. I think he'll get off to a flyer tonight too.
 
Fancy Weld's two maiden fillies to do the business tonight. Think Ruby will go close with his two in the first two races as well.
 
Dermot Weld managing to get at least one winner each day, 2 to go and it's probably a fairly short price he'll manage at least 1 more on each day. I see one of his has been slashed across those already betting on the 3.10 tomorrow, he has the Favourite in Stuccodor but his other runner Northern Rocked, opened at 12/1 and all prices taken down to 5/1 best, 4/1 in a place.

Myself and OnTheBridle took 9/1 e/w. The hand break has been on this one.
 
Missunited will to revert to the Flat for a Group Three at the Curragh in three weeks' time following her heroics in the Galway Hurdle.

As short as 7/2 now with the stablemate Fav trading as big as 10/3, you'd fancy Northern Rocked in a match bet against the stable's other runner at odds against!
