Anyone else having this problem with Google or is it a little local difficulty? A friend who lives fairly near to me is experiencing the same thing. You type in whatever you are searching for and you get this message:-

"We're sorry...
... but your query looks similar to automated requests from a computer virus or spyware application. To protect our users, we can't process your request right now.

We'll restore your access as quickly as possible, so try again soon. In the meantime, if you suspect that your computer or network has been infected, you might want to run a virus checker or spyware remover to make sure that your systems are free of viruses and other spurious software.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope we'll see you again on Google.
To continue searching, please type the characters you see below:"

You can clear it by typing in their jumble of letters but the next time you go in to Google it all starts again.

They must think I'm a robot. Oh well....

"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched c-beams ... glitter in the dark near Tannhauser Gate. All those ... moments will be lost ... in time, like tears ... in rain. Time ... to die."

I actually did get some cheese on my way home last night, Montgomery's Cheddar. You Brits may be useless at everything else, but you can produce a damn good cheddar.
