13h10 Earl 5/1. Will love this wet track and is having his 2nd run after rest and will strip fitter. Will appreciate the step up to 2200m. Has champion jockey Lyle Hewitson on board and he is a big runner in a weak field
13h45 Our Coys 11/2. Has the beating of Category Four and Reunion on last run. This extra 2 furlongs will be ideal and him ridden more closer to pace he should have a say on this course. Loves the wet
14h20 Ballet Shoes 7/1 BEST BET. 2kg better with Shivers and 4kg better with Rouge Allure. Has dropped 5 pounds since beginning of year and a mare that ran to Summer Pudding on level weights I make her my best bet on the card at a good price
15h30 MK's Pride 2/1. Improving all the time and is 2 from 2 on course/distance, good draw and likes to race handy which suits on this tight course. Champion Got The Greenlight has class but I think this distance is too short
and my selection will have first run on him, especially with this short run in. Expressfromtheus is the danger but he also need the long run in track and that makes my selection difficult to beat.
16h40 Clafoutis 5/4. Bit short but I can't see anything beating her. She does like the mile and the formline 2 starts back is very strong. She ran 2nd and beat a Horse that ran 4th who then came out to win 2 more. I have her rated close to if not over MR100 and I make her an absolutely certainty here even though she is a 3yr old

12h20 Donald McDonald 2/1 BEST BET. He is 2.5kg better with Magical Midlands and 1kg with Coup De Tete. He beat Run To Denmark last year November by over 4,5L and has improved since but is 5kg worse off from that day and expect him(Run To Denmark) to run 2nd for the forecast
13h30 Airways Law 4/1. Just won a maiden but he beat a Mr78 by 3L and still improving, he has a good turn of foot and travels well and a course/distance winner
14h05 Di Mazzio 14/1. he has dropped 13 pounds since March, and is 5kg better with Valiente and 8.5kg with Var Aglow and should beat them on that run. 2 negatives, his age and a inexperienced appie riding but if he positions my selection mid field and be around 3L off the pace he will be dangerous and I make him my each way bet here.
15h15 Tread Swiftly 12/1. He has run against much stronger especially the run behind Linebacker back in May. He ran 6th at level weights just over 5L behind. He now carries 53kg and is 3.5kg better with Chatterton's Keeper, 3kg with Guru's pride the only negative is the draw of 11.. Kegan De Melo gets the booking which is a plus and he will need to get him over to be prominent in the race to be able to challenge in the straight.
15h55 Matadora's Parade 16/1. My roughie bet today. She has dropped 9 pounds since Last year November and with a appie claim of 3 pounds it brings her to a dangerous winning mark. the 2 fav Birdwatcher and Maidens Prayer are 1400m specialists and they drop to a 6f race which they are facing 1200m specialist in my selection and the danger Arianos Spinner 16/1 which if wasnt for draw this would have been my 1st selection
