I recall someone (I think it was Solerina) extolling the virtues of Good Hair Day hair straighteners in the not-too-dim past so I thought I would pass on a recommendation also. I have long, fairly fine hair that is somewhere between curly-wavy-frizzy depending on several factors! Anyhow, if you have trouble with frizzy/wavy hair I cannot recommend John Frieda's range of shampoo & conditioners highly enough. I've always used them in the past & they've been ok, but now they have a new range of shampoos & conditioners that are "extra strength for coarse/very frizzy hair" & I'm very impressed with the results. Not only does it cut down drastically on frizz but I tend to let my hair dry naturally as I can never be arsed with blow-dryng it & it's even drying pretty much straight - it's very shiny too. The bugger is that I can only seem to get the stuff on the UK; ever since it came out last summer (wel, that's the first time I saw it!!) I've had to buy shedloads of it to ship back to Gib every time with me!!! Ihaven't tried it yet with straightenersbut I'm sure the result will be very good if the result after naturally drying is anything to go by. I got a pair of good straighteners for Christmas but I've only used theem once (& that was only a half-hearted test-run woth no serum or balm on) as I can't be arsed with the hassle of straightening my hair all the time - it's far too bloody long for that!!!!
