Handicap or Not?

Can anyone tell me wether the 4:45 at the Currach on Sunday, 30th August:

Hackett's Bookmakers E.b.f. Irish Cambridgeshire

was a handicap or not. The race conditions seemed to indicate this was a handicap but the race title does not.

It's amazing how many people make the mistake of thinking it's not when it's not printed in the Racing Post.
 
Well you were not alone. Plenty of "traders" and "shrood punters" made the same mistake Sunday.
 
I made the assumption it was a handicap for analysis reasons and for updating my list of HTF but making the race conditions less obvious is a pain in my backside.
