I've really got the Silly Hat on these days! I meant to type 'Capricorn' but the keys did their own thing! My Mother is a Capricorn - it still says they're sensitive and frequently status-conscious, though! :lol:

Yes, it is the senior staff thingy - was a complete shock when I got told I was being nominated - though I think its just cocs they want reps from as many yards as possible!!

HAd a nightmare trying to answer the questions,and i really dont think I am anywhere near having a shout - there are many many fantastic senior staff out there ( not to mention the normal staff!) and they arent likely to look twice at the head girl of a 12 horse NH yard!!!

Trudi, I think they will judge it on individual merit. I am sure the size of the stables will have no bearing on the decision. Well, I ceertainly hope it wouldn't anyway. I am sure you stand as much chance of winning it as the next person.
