Sorry Rory, I have only just realised it is your Birthday today! Hope it was a good one whatever you did. I assume it will involve large intakes of alcohol! B)

B) I have of course met you many times when not a drop of alcohol has passed your lips B)

That's cos I know you'll tell <_< I take it you'll be at Windsor on Monday ~ I'm hoping to make an appearance, with Jennie possibly.

Yes, I will be in attendance, as will my brother this time. You and Jenny met him a couple of years ago if I remember correctly. I haven't seen him for a while so we have lots to catch up on - mostly to do with horses. B) Remind me to buy you a Birthday jug of Pimms! :D

Isn't it amazing how some people are ultra-sensitive? Of course there is nothing at all offensive about the series of postings. But don't you think it's far more sensible to use the PM system or email when the pair of you are writing about personal matters that are only of interest to you both?

I'm no expert but I understand that that is internet forum protocol.

No one has to read them, and it keeps me entertained especially as my PM box is normally full! I am sure there are more boring threads than this one on this forum! :)

See you tomorrow night Rory! B) I would e-mail you, but I don't really like you that much!

By the way Brian, next time I see a forest fire Nr. Banstead, should I PM you, e-mail you or stick it up on here as it could be deemed as being of a personal nature?

Also Maurice, next time you want to discuss meeting up at Newbury next weekend .... best you PM me so to ensure we don't upset anyone! :D

No one has to read them
I'm afraid that some of us do - it's what moderators are for.

By the way Brian, next time I see a forest fire Nr. Banstead, should I PM you, e-mail you or stick it up on here?
I think you're supposed to dial 999 and in response to the question "Which service?" answer "Fire".

You, as a moderator have to read every posting? I certainly don't read every posting on Escorial's forum!

Well, just make a mental note to ignore mine in future Brian and all those other that post mind-numbing boring posts - or is it just mine? . No doubt another moderator will come along and delete my comment if necessary. Can comments be deleted for just being boring? B)

Brian's point was a perfectly valid and civil one - the response as usual from this quarter was not .

Ardross, have we not established before that Brian is quite capable of responding to me himself if he wants to.
