Desperate Dan
Senior Jockey
My local stable have 4 running tonight. All fit and trying.
The 2 well-fancied are Jilly Why (7-50) and Timber Treasure (6-20).
The chance of Jilly Why is there for all to see and she`s on a hat trick. The stable think she`s better than ever and another big run is expected.
Timber Treasure is the one there really strong on. This was bought out of Henry Cecil`s yard where it was run over 8-10 furlongs, mainly. It has now been trained for sprinting and is absolutely bouncing at home. It was just touched off in it`s first effort at sprinting last time out and has certainly improved for that.
Both horses get on particularly well for Andrew Heffernan, the stable apprentice, and his 5lb claim on Timber Treasure, in particular, is a definite plus.
Fill ya boots!!
