Very taking debut at Naas, hard to know what he beat but loved the way he stretched out and used himself in the final half furlong. Know Bolger you can expect him to be busy over the next couple of months but looks a good prospect.

Agreed. The time was not up to a great deal (which arguably speaks in favour of one who sprinted clear as he did) but the breeding and race standards look encouraging to me. Only Retainer has impressed me more among 2-y-os so far.

Yeah I liked him too although not sure what the form amounts to with a McCreery horse second but all he could do was win the way he did. I liked the way he was able to go with them, quicken and quicken again.

Oh crikey, at first glance I thought this thread was about an old forum member who hadn't been seen in a while!!

The McCreery horse, Lightening Thief, comes out and wins next time in good style in a decent event (beating a previous winner). Head Space is an intriguing prospect - even more so now.
