I heard about this yesterday evening.
There was a similar situation about 10 years ago. A young, low mileage Merc was advertised in the classified ads for a tenner. When an enquirer asked if the price was a mistake the woman said, "No. My husband left me last week. His parting words were, 'Sell the car and send on the money.'"
