Help - Busy Resurrecting All My Files

Not been online for last few weeks - my computer crashed horribly and seems I'v lost everything. To get windows working again I had to reboot from scratch, my enmail account seems to have cleared out all my past messages.

I'm left with ****** xp word processor etc. Anyone any ideas about where I can pick up word97 or equivalent.

Hope everyone is having better luck
