I see the ground is officially being given as of Wednesday as soft, good to soft in places on the hurdles course and good to soft, soft in places on the chase course. Personally I'd advise to take it as being at least that soft, if not slower as we have had a ton of rain in the past few weeks and I can't remember the last rain free day we had! Accordingly, every piece of clothing I own appears to have acquired its own patches of mud. The article in the RP reports that according to Newbury no more rain is forecast until Friday evening but I'd also take that with a massive pinch of salt; the forecasts I've seen being for rain/showers for much of tomorrow.
