Nice start to the season for him at Kempton today with his mare winning well.

How many horses has he in training this year? Remember his numbers up against over the last couple of years...that trend continuing?

It's nice to see him with a large bunch of horses again. It was sad to see him with so little in the way of talent a few years back, so hopefully he'll have a great year this year.

He's that classic eg of a trainer or jockey whose career falls apart due to personal problems - thankfully he is now happily married again and everything is back on track. Just hope he can beat the cancer which has been a real strength-sapping battle.
