Terribly sorry, just realised this 16-entry event at Kelso is far more valuable than the race at Newbury, a track which, to be fair, is legendary for its terrible prize-money.

Armed And Fabulous will be of obvious interest, but the one who initially looks fairly treated to be is Surrey Belle and 6/1 might not be available on the day IF she runs.

I still like Surrey Belle, I was right inasmuch as 6/1 has been and gone, but she still looks fair to me at 5s best.

She's taken well to hurdling, a Flat mark of 76 suggests to me a mark over timber of 121 is workable, I don't think she needs it like an absolute bog and tomorrow's surface should have sufficient ease in it for her.
