Every year it seems about now they start dropping out .

So here is a thread to record those that are not running

Unaccompanied was an extreme Deja Vu moment. It was practically a year to the day (might even have been exactly) when I was mulling over the Quevega price wondering whether to take the 4/6 or wait until the day when the price suddenly shortened to 1/2.

Quick look over at the RP to see the other mare had been withdrawn.

That was 2012 and exactly the same thing happened yesterday - same prices and everything.

Is Bensalem out? I bought the Weekender yesterday and only got a look through it this morning. Alan King says Bensalem runs but obviously that item would have gone to press on Tuesday afternoon.

Reported on the Post website yesterday:

'King, who trains Bensalem for Alan Marsh and John Duggan, said: "He is out for the season with a suspensory problem. He worked very well on Saturday but we weren't happy with him a couple of days later and had him scanned last night.'

Neither horse injured, just planning to run later in season.

They are hoping to get him ready for Aintree,Nigel Twiston-Davies says he would like to run Imperial Commander in Grand National, if 100%, but decision down to owners

Astracad and another NTD animal out - rather worrying that there is a bug in the yard so close to the meeting starting.
