Just caught this on Newsnight and have tried to post the link.

Basically the bit that's interesting takes a little time to load (about 20 secs) and a series of maps regarding emmissions. There's a straight forward world map (number 1) after that there's a world map of emmissions (number 2) no surprise to see the usual suspects mushroom in size. The final map is truly fascinating though. Emissions by head of capita.

Now the gulf states are clearly the worse, and you have to say the usual suspects the USA, China and India suddenly shrink. Interesting stuff, and as I suggested Ireland, and Iceland are some of the worst offenders on the planet (mind you the UK can't be too sanctimonious) we do pretty badly on either. Whose that country off the northern coast of South America that suddenly balloons right up?

Enjoy
