Changes to the declaration of Headgear to be introduced for the meeting at Clonmel on 6th December (Declarations on the 5th December). From that meeting onwards Hood, Visor, Eyeshield or Eyecover must be declared along with Blinkers, Tongue Strap & Cheekpieces if in use.
