Certainly from a PR/personality perspective.

A lot of boxing purists will tell you that neither Muhammad Ali nor Mike Tyson can be seriously regarded as the greatest heavyweights of all time. But those are the two names which pop up most frequently when the general public are asked.
 
The fact that Luke Harvey is a past winner of one of these awards tells you all you need to know about them.
