Yes mate going through a patch of going through my archives of music about once a month I play musuc non stop and pick out a band when I look on here late at night I can click on one of these links now as well.Plus our muslim,welsh hating friend and everything else he probably hates is probably related to in a lot of these songs,just encourages me too chuck up a few more...

Actually spent most my youth in the early 90's in the Civic and The Wulfrun halls and saw some brilliant rock gigs fantastic nights...wouldn't class the manics as rock myself and personally think they are utter pap no offence gig each to there own and all that.
 
I used to travel the length and breadth of the country watching bands in the 90s wiyh my mrs. she was a massive metal fan I've probably seen more bands in one year than the Londoner than he's seen in a lifetime and I could name everyone..

i didnt need to travel about , although i did here and there .. i went out most nights seeing bands and my local pub was a bikers / metal pub with live bands 3 nights a week it was called the Saxon Tavern ,massive pub with a nightclub upstairs.... name the bands you followed, we might have crossed paths lol
 
That's the crazy thing about songs like that number 17 in the singles charts yet I bet most who liked it have never even looked at the lyrics,just liked the riff through the track..
 
First band I saw live were the cult before they became a shite rock band at hanley hall and the last gig I went to was skin dredd before I became ill they were absolutely out of this world great cross over music in between seen hundreds of bands over a 20 year period,from indie to metal/nu metal,thrash,punk,bands like Asian dub foundation love music that has crossovers in it.
