Hello all,
I've just joined, although to be honest I expect I'll mostly be lurking.
These days I tend to come out of hibernation every year at Cheltenham time.
I used to follow the racing closely, flat and jumps, but that was when I was free to indulge my appetite for risk. My forum name will give you an idea of my vintage!
Nowadays I will keep up with the news and results over the winter and watch a bit of televised racing at the weekends so that I can take part a little come Cheltenham time. I don't think Cheltenham will ever leave me as I have spent too many thrilling days there.
I don't go in with the expectation of winners these days. So why join this forum? I won't be offering much, but I like to hear what other enthusiasts have to say.
