I'm No Lover Of Conspiracy Theories But....

has evidence implicating three CIA agents in the murder

I presume there was more in the newsnight piece? That article would rival Panorama's nailing of Harry Redknapp for lack of evidence.

There was film which is not yet up on the Newsnight site (though will be) which shows the named CIA men at the scene of the assassination.

Those men who if they decided you were bad, acted on it ?

One of whom hated the Kennedys?

A bit circumstantial isn't it?

The CIA is not a domestic enforcement agency and it has no jurisdiction within the USA. There was no earthly reason for the agents to have been at the Ambassador Hotel. That's a good starting point.

Again circumstantial. And not having jurisdication is very different to not having to work within its borders.

The bottom line is that I know nothing about the case. But knowing the kind of activities that the CIA were involved in at that stage of the Cold War, involvement would not surprise me in the least. My point is I have now read that article 4 times looking for the "missing link" but there is nothing more than conjecture and the joining to together of dots to make a story. It seems weak to me.
